Entire building for private rental in a prime location overlooking the Niyodo Blue, situated along the river.

This is a private rental accommodation located in a spot with a spectacular view that can only be seen from here, along the "Niyodo Blue" (a beautiful river). On sunny days, you can see the "Niyodo Blue" with its sparkling water surface. The view from the bar counter and terrace makes you forget your everyday life and is very soothing. Please enjoy a special, relaxing time in a private space surrounded by nature. A spot that has been popular on social media in recent years is the back alley right next to "Midorino Hotori". Please also enjoy the view that stretches out at the back of the alley. ◎ In spring, the cherry blossoms that bloom along the river spread out right in front of the facility. ◎ In summer, you can swim in the river in front of the facility. ・ Although it is in the mountains, it is located in the centre of the town, and there is a store a 2-minute walk away. (Sunny Mart FC Cosmos Ikekawa Store) ・ Ikekawa 439 Koryukan is a 2-minute walk away. A house overlooking the Seto Inland Sea

The ultimate hideaway to escape the noisy, busy city, and spend time quietly with family, loved ones, and close friends, just watching the sea. I created this accommodation because I wish there was a place like this. ☆This is not a hotel. We want you to think about how you want to spend your time. On sunny days, enjoy morning coffee on the large wooden deck. In the cold winter, warm up with a wood stove, and make and eat a delicious meal yourself. Play your favorite music, and read surrounded by books lining the walls. Take a walk to Gero Station while catching a glimpse of life in Gero. Fishing at sea, picking azaleas, bamboo shoots, and wild potatoes in the mountains, and eating them yourself. Long stays are recommended. Based at Shimonada Cabin, it is about an hour's drive to Matsuyama City. 2.5 hours to Shimanto River. 3 hours to Shikoku Karst. Shopping can be done in Iyo City or Nagahama Town, or you can buy from local fishmongers and greengrocers and cook for yourself. Of course, you can also eat at a nearby restaurant if you book. Anyway, I want you to relax at Shimonada Cabin. One night is too wasteful. I recommend at least 2 days. It is a place that can be enjoyed in good weather or bad.
