It is an old private house that initially opened as an accommodation facility for almost 100% inbound. 20 mins walk from Shimonada Station.3 minutes by car. We will provide free pick-up and drop-off by car. It is a 13-minute walk from Kushistation. A house with the sea in front of it, behind Shiojiro Shokudo, and a convenience store is 30 seconds away on foot. Of course, the entire house is rented out.It can accommodate up to 6 people. Shimonada is beautiful, with mountains as well as the sea. There is a small private beach in front of the house.I think nature lovers will enjoy it. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Ricefields, Rivers and Mountains

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.

We do require a 2-night minimum but highly encourage you to slow down and stay longer.
