Beachfront holiday rentals in Kodi Beach

Me and my family srayed this property a week back. We had a great experience with Shekhar, his wife and Sunil. Everybody was very friendly and the hospitality was awesome. The food quality was great and with geniun local homely touch. If someone wants quiet and private space, i will highly recommend it. The village behind this property is very nice for morning or evening walks, the Kodi beach is accessible by walk, the boating point and mangroves were nearby. Thank you Shekhar and Sunil.

Absolutely perfect! It's the ultimate discovery! Situated just steps from the beach, it's a tranquil haven that comfortably accommodates 4-5 guests and warmly welcomes pets! Devraj, the caretaker, is exceptional - whatever you need, he ensures it's promptly provided. The surroundings are ideal, with dining, entertainment, and adventure all within walking distance. Overall, it's an ideal spot for quality time with loved ones, including your furry companions!

Amazing views and location. Good access to beaches and a host that arranges everything to your comfort. Modest facilities are present but at a place like this you pay for the access to pristine beaches and high quality home cooked food

Shekhar ji is an awesome host. He has provided all necessary amenities. He has gone the extra mile to provide us Jain food(no onion garlic & root vegetables). I will recommend anyone who is visiting Kodi beach to stay at Samundra vila and witness the best hospitality by Shekar ji.

Beautiful beach in front of the house.. Peace and enjoyable place if we go with friends or family.. would prefer to cook at house instead of having outside if one wants spicy food.. Must go place !

White noise is a Beautiful and peaceful beach house. Communicating with Mehaal was easy . Caretaker Sachin was available all the time . Dinner from a local restaurant was easy to order . Special brownie points for the wonderful tulunadu breakfast. A bedroom on the ground floor makes it easy for the senior citizens.Bath rooms and bed linens were clean . Can’t miss the majestic horse and peacocks roaming freely in the property . Overall ours was a pleasant and a happy stay .😊😊 I would highly recommend this beautiful place for friends or family outings .

We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Shettys river view farm. Although not directly on the river it’s just a few steps away from a rustic bridge from where we spent the full moon night looking at the river. The house is equipped with everything our large party needed to stay including lots of beddings, toileteries and other amenities. But, Besides all that, the star and highlight of our stay were the kind and ever smiling caretakers especially Jyothiakka. The place is maintained immaculately by them. She took care of every single need of ours ensuring that we have a memorable stay. The food her and husband made for us was fantastic. They are the real stars of this home stay and I would go back just for them. Thank you Jyothi and Sukesh!

one of the great stays i have been to. even though it's not so highly rated, if you are looking to spend some quality time with family and friends, this can be your ideal location. proactive host who will give you the warmest welcome. definitely Recommended.

It's a great bungalow, very close to a pristine beach. The place is as shown in the pictures, rooms and interiors are well made. Caretaker is helpful and takes nice care of the guests.

had a very pleasant stay. It was very peaceful and the view was amazing with the beach lighthouse just next to it. The beach in front was pristine with very less crowd. Felt like a private beach. Would love to stay here, whenever I come to Udupi, Mangalore
