The top floor is completely for the guests. There is a spacious balcony in front and alongside and plenty of space to laze in the hammock. The master bedroom has a rustic look due to the views of the great outdoors and farm animals. There is a fan and a spacious double bed. Bird lovers will find something to their liking here. The 2nd bedroom is at the front of the floor and has direct access to the balcony. Breakfast and dinner (€12.50 pp) can be served there. Please report in advance

Je verblijft aan de Saramacca-rivier in een luxe stijlvolle tent met een comfortabel bed, waar je wakker wordt met het geluid van de vogels. Elke ochtend geniet je van een inbegrepen ontbijt, met verse eitjes van onze eigen kippen, aangevuld met frisse sapjes en gekoeld water. Op loopafstand vind je een lokale markt, sfeervolle eetgelegenheden en winkels. Het centrum ligt op slechts 20 minuten afstand — perfect bereikbaar, maar ver genoeg om de stilte te bewaren.

Comfortable house in nice, quiet area

This house was built in 2017 and is still as good as new. The house is in a beautiful quiet area. We recommend renting a car. There is plenty of room for parking on the plot. The plot is still under maintenance; the house is completely from the inside. Bedding is provided upon arrival. All basic amenities are provided. Staying on the farm

On a quiet road on the Saramacca River, near the village of Uitkijk, we, Gera and Annette, live. Together we enjoy the peace and quiet, living outside the city, life on and along the river. For us, this is the ideal place to live and work with all our animals: horses, cows, dogs, chickens, goats and ducks. We warmly welcome you to enjoy a few days with us.
