Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Parking has space for several cars and a caravan. We want you to have a great vacation; if something is holding you back from booking, please write and we will respond quickly with what we can do.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

The house is an old wooden house we have refurbished, so do not expect a state-of-the-art and streamlined type house. This newly renovated apartment for max 2 adults is perfect both for those who commute or as a holiday home. Includes 1 living room as well as 1 bedroom. It is located in the middle of the shopping street and just a 2-minute walk from the station, from where you can easily get to both Køge and Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10 minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In the summer, sometimes noise from the street can be expected at night

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.
