Beautiful SMALL apartment of 45 m2 is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes' walk from Koldinghus and the city center. 7 km to Trapholt and about 45 minutes to Flensburg. The apartment has a SMALL bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm), toilet/bathroom, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven and front yard. Most suitable for 2 people, (4 beds) if there are children with you, look at the pictures if it is something you can see yourself in, as it is decorated according to size and does not have blackout curtains in the living room by the sofa bed.

Dertil hører en fælles terrasse med mulighed for at barbecue og spise ude, når vejret tillader det. Da lejligheden ligger midt i byen, kan man sommetider høre bilerne på vejen, men tidligere lejere har ikke følt, at det generede.

Centrally located with access to the and beautiful terrace. The kitchen with electric kettle, refrigerator, two hotplates and basic service. There is also a microwave and toaster. Occasionally, our adult children sleep in the next room. In that case, we will inform you about this. They do not use the toilet.
