Holiday rentals with a patio in Kolín District

Well-located building Clean flat Fast responses The heating is perfect. Deserves what we paid. This is no must however they might have put a small jar of coffee in the kitchen. Thanks Umur & Hakan 👍✌️

The apartment we rented was perfect for our stay in Prague. The electronic key system works well for getting in when you arrive. There is a electronic system for gaining access to the apartment for the first time which was easy to use and eliminated the need to arrange a time to meet the owner on arrival which we found convenient and easy to understand. It was also helpful when we checked out and realized one bag had been left in the room with the keys! We were able to regain entry and grab the bag and go. The apartment is also located close to the metro station, restaurants, some sites and is in a comfortable area for walking. I would definitely rent this apartment again if we were visiting Prague.

Couldn’t find a single negative thing to say about our stay here. Great host great apartment would 1000% recommend to anyone visiting Prague. Location is fantastic didn’t have to take any public transport. All sites to visit is walkable. Great place

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Prag bei Hanna und Jakub! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Hanna und Jakub waren extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Als wir merkten, dass wir keine Strandhandtücher dabeihatten, haben sie uns sofort ausgeholfen – einfach klasse! Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

It was a great experience, house was so clean and the location is at the center, you can walk to most of the places. Han answered all the questions really quick and he was so helpful. If we’ll come to Prague again we would like to stay at the same place:)

La casa è semplicemente magnifica, forse una delle più belle in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Arredata con gusto, pulitissima, stanze ampie, letti comodi. La vasca idromassaggio è stata utile per rilassarsi dopo la giornata di turismo. A 30 minuti circa da Praga, ottima e bella base d'appoggio per visitare la città. Super consigliato

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und waren von Anfang bis Ende super zufrieden. Lenka hat uns auf Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet und konnte somit Probleme schnell lösen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man brauchte. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden immer wieder zurück kommen.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und einwandfrei. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Monikas Unterkunft ist ruhig und auf einem Hunterhof gelegen, der Check In war super unkompliziert. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und wir waren mit unseren Hunden willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wat een prachtige plek is dit! Rust, ruimte en een heerlijk huis. Binnen bleef het lekker koel tijdens de warme dagen. Het zwembad was schoon en verkoelend. De kegelbaan was een groot succes bij de meiden en op de tennisbaan konden we lekker sportief bezig zijn. De omgeving is prachtig en leent zich heel goed voor lange wandelingen. Schitterende dorpjes in de omgeving. De tips van de host zijn allemaal de moeite waard!

Die Unterkunft war wir beschrieben. Keine Mängel festgestellt. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Wohnung liegt ca. eine halbe Stunde mit der Tram von Altstadt entfernt. Haltestelle war innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war etwas ungünstig zum Parken, wenn ihr ein großes Auto habt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment lohnt sich, würde ich jederzeit wider buchen. Danke Stepanka und danke Kamil - ihr seit als Gastgeber großartig, die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage (schöner Park und gute Restaunts in der Nähe, Altstadt auch zu Fuß erreichbar), nur etwas laut aufgrund der großen Straße und des Bahnhofs in direkter Nähe. Tona war gut für Rückfragen zu erreichen!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in Honzas Wohnung und waren wieder begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Honza vorbildlich und sehr freundlich. Bei einem Anliegen wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar, so dass alles zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Auch bei einem dritten Besuch würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Very nice apartment with everything you need! We especially liked the big bathroom and the balcony with morning sun (if lucky with the weather). Great hosts, too- we used Sarah and Jan's local guides more than once.

El hospedaje estaba en una zona tranquila, con bastantes restaurantes cercanos, y lugares para hacer compras, estuvo muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Nosotros escogimos el lugar porque teniamos que hacer trabajo remoto, el Internet fue bueno y habia un escritorio cómodo. Recomendado

Lenka's place was amazing! You can't beat the location. We were able to park our car in a garage and walk everywhere! She was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. She is so thoughtful and already had the pullout couch already made up for us! We would definitely come back again!
