My cosy apartment is located in "Gjettum Låve". New build from 2021. The project emphasised preserving the details and atmosphere of the old barn at Søndre Gjettum. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own ground-level terrace in a pleasant courtyard with a storage cellar as its closest neighbour. The apartment is centrally located 4 minutes from the subway and Rema 1000, close to Kolsåstoppen, Marka and Sandvika with everything from restaurants and shopping to the beach (Kadettangen and Kalvøya). The subway to Majorstuen takes 23 minutes.

The parking spot is 7 meter deep and 2.7 meters wide. There house is located on a small road, and it’s important to not block the road for our neighbors.
