Pilot's House in Konopnica

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Dream house surrounded by silence

Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, hammocks, sun loungers, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Perfect place for large families, friends with children A house of almost 500 m2 with 4 bathrooms can easily accommodate 4 families. It is located in the Łódź Voivodeship, near Sieradz. A large plot of land, a playground for children, a place for a bonfire and barbecue, peace and quiet. 700 m from the house there is a Próba reservoir with a guarded beach, the possibility of renting kayaks and water bikes during the holiday season. The area is rich in forests and bicycle routes.

The apartments are located on the premises of an old farm, where an agritourism center was established. The building in which the apartments are located was built on the foundations of an old barn. There are 3 apartments in the building, 2 for 4 people and 1 for 6 people. The apartments are equipped with everything you need to stay in them for longer. Next to the apartments there is a SPA zone with a dry sauna, infrared sauna and Jacuzzi. The SPA zone is additionally payable.

We offer rental of the facility for the purpose of organizing occasional meetings such as (sauna evenings, family reunions, bachelorette parties, baby showers, integration meetings). When using such an offer, you can count on our help and experience! We specialize in weekend health-promoting trips, during which participants take part in yoga, dance or meditation classes, and in the evenings they use the spa area accompanied by pleasant music and home-made tea.

The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused since then. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests.
