Guest house holiday rentals in Konkan Division

Raghushilp apartment was a fabulous place to stay in. As soon as I entered the place I got relieved of all my worries. The place was much spacious than expected and was surrounded with greenary. The beauty of the place was like a cherry on top. Easy travel to market also made life easier. And my final thank you to the hosts. There's a lovely couple with a heart of gold to Host people. The host did not make me feel that I am a stranger and were super friendly. I was traveling alone but did not feel unsafe at all.

Superb place, clean and neatly maintained. The caretakers were very nice and the food was absolutely outstanding! Location wise, this is a great place to stay, very close to the town center yet far from any traffic noise, and convenient to do day trips to Amby Valley/ tiger point etc.

The place is worth every penny Pros: Quiet and secluded from all the tourist spots, yet it’s near enough to most of the beaches. The caretaker shankar is very polite and took good care of us. The Food is amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spotless. The view from the terrace is amazing. Budget friendly Cons: Accessibility is an issue, with lack of signs and network connectivity it’s difficult to find the bungalow. The place is located on a hill, and you have to do a bit of off-roading to get to the place. You need an experienced driver or a good car for that. While you definitely do see the sea, you only get a glimpse of it Overall it’s a great alternative to home-stays or hotels and worth considering.

A quite adobe away from city's bustle. The farmhouse is surrounded by mango and coconut trees. Clean and tidy rooms with all basic amenities. The home cooked food is a must try. Fish thali was really good. It was a pleasant stay. Thanks Aishwarya and Kadam sir for hosting us!

best home stay near Mandrem beach...very peaceful stay..

It was an amazing stay. Prachi is so friendly and her mother Alka ji is super efficient to arrange everything (starting from the food options till the end like arranging a driver) perfectly on time. Finally Kalpana Tai’s food is lip smacking but again I got all the help for selecting the best combos from Alka ji. Aruna Tai keeps the place neat and clean always. A must visit place for all. Thanks again Prachi and Alka ji.

I had read earlier reviews of people who had stayed over at Valeries villa and that was the reason I chose this place. True to the earlier reviews and her photos and description of the villa, this place was amazing, peaceful and so great for some calming time with family, even my nephew who is 10 years old, enjoyed it. Valerie was very helpful and answered all my questions before and at the time of booking. the caretaker, Ashok at the villa was also extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make out stay wonderful. The resort also has a swimming pool, some other activities like archery, shooting, clubhouse with indoor games etc which enhance the already home away from home experience. All in all an unforgettable experience and a refreshing time for all of us. 10 stars easily!!!

Thank your lucky stars if you are able to stay at this 'peace' of paradise! This perfect, well appointed cottage is nestled in a massive lush garden with loads of bird species. Sohrab is incredibly attentive to his guests, Vijay cooks delicious homestyle meals on demand, and Mango and Nike give lots of furry love! If you need to get away from the madness of everyday life, look no more. You need this!

Manish’s place is heaven. I would love to come back again. It has a great ambience surrounded by trees. Beautiful terrace with a kitchen. Evenings and nights are surreal. My freind and I had a great time. It felt home. Brought me back to my childhood memories. Even though you are in the middle of the most happening place, you are in a peaceful area. Beach is right opposite. Everything is walkable distance. The caretaker is such a sweet boy. I truly wish to go back there again. Thank you Manish and team. ♥️

Hi Ravi, Thanks for hosting us, we celebrated our son’s first birthday here and it was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed the various activities that were present on the property, the swimming pool and the garden area were we played cricket was the highlight of the property. The garden was also big enough for the decoration we planned and was very well lit even during the night The food served during our stay was also top notch, all dishes were actually appreciated by everyone, it was very delicious and served hot The caretaker and the chef were also available whenever needed and were just a call away which also really helped All in all will definitely recommend anyone looking for a stay with good amenities and looking to spend good family time.
