Welcome to our lovely flat in Drammen, which is in a superb central location, right by Bragernes Church. Here, you will find everything you could want in terms of shops, restaurants and nightlife venues in the immediate vicinity, as well as excellent options for going on walks. The flat is on the ground floor, with a free parking space in the back garden. 60 m²; living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with a 150-cm double bed, hallway, entrance hall, bathroom with washing machine/dryer, and storage room. A cot is available upon request. Electric vehicle charging station available for a fee of NOK 2.00 per kWh.

Cosy flat with parking in a central neighbourhood

A well-kept small accommodation with a central location and a view of the city. It is a 1.2 km (approx. 16 min) walk from/to the railway station. It is a 1.7 km (approx. 23 min) walk to USN. There is a bus stop right below the apartment. There are two bus routes that both go to Drammen city centre. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The countryside with hiking opportunities, a swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Sentralstasjon.

Right by great hiking trails in the woods and only 5 minutes drive to Landfalltjern (a great place to swim) and Drammen Ski Center. The bus to the city also goes 100 meters from the apartment. Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.
