On our 92 square meters, there is a kitchen, living room, a bathroom, a toilet and three bedrooms. At the rear, there is a large patio with a dining area, a charcoal barbecue, lounge furniture and sun loungers. Large grassy and leafy area. The house is pet-free and smoke-free.
