The property features a 500 m² private garden with an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool, exclusively available to you and your travel companions. The villa extends over three fully accessible floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe area, and a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms: the Blue Room with its own en-suite bathroom, the Gold Room, the Rose Room, and an additional bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the Silver Room with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large rooftop terrace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space. A TV is available in every bedroom except the Rose Room. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
