A nice little cottage peacefully located in the middle of the forest but close to the community and shops. The cabin is located on the owner’s property, approximately 40 metres from the main house. In Kosta, there is something for the whole family: lovely forest walks, swimming and fishing, as well as two outdoor swimming pools (June–September) at Kosta Camping and Lodge. Within walking distance of Kosta Arena, Kosta Outlet and Glashotellet, where you can eat, shop, play bowling and enjoy paddle tennis. There are 7 restaurants in Kosta. We have bicycles that guests can borrow free of charge.

Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Welcome to a unique accommodation in a peaceful environment with a lake view just outside Växjö. Stay on the floating house a stone's throw out in the shallow Tävelsåssjön lake. Lovely in both summer and winter. Enjoy the sunset over the lake. Open the doors to the water as soon as you wake up. Why not take both an evening and a morning dip after the sauna? My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Our little cabin by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A canoe is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. The cottage has a small wood-burning stove with a cooktop for simple meals, as well as a gas burner.

The newly renovated house offers fast internet and is located in the center of the Swedish Glass Kingdom.
