Due to the fact that it is on the 3rd floor, from the balcony there is a beautiful view of both the lake and the sea. The neighbourhood is quiet, however, only 100m from the apartment you can take a bus that will take you directly to the center of Polish Ibiza. In the immediate vicinity shops, restaurants and of course the famous fishing port with fish "straight from the boat"
