Couldn't recommend it more!First time to Kota Kinabalu, I chose a place closer to Jayston pier because of island hopping, I didn't expect it to be so close!Just 200 meters and the location is superb!And the homestay is fully equipped with 5 people, two bathrooms, two hair dryers for your needs, washing and drying machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, and you can cook your own meals, basic medicine boxes, bath sets, and even cotton swabs!And the pool of the building is very close, and it is also super convenient to play with friends if you come for the first time!Highly recommended!

A great place to stay, clean, tidy and comfy bed. A really great location, within waking distance to the waterfront and jetty and night markets. Pool was also great.

We stayed in HypnosSuites' apartment for a week, had a very smooth communication before our stay, the team of housekeepers responded quickly, the biggest advantage of this apartment is the location, facing the sea view, opposite is the Sabah Central Market and the Philippine market, it is very convenient to buy seafood, there is a department store on the side, shopping at the supermarket is also convenient, and it is not far to go to Gaya Street.Thank you very much for everything the team of apartment housekeepers prepared for us.Even though the balcony door wouldn't close on the first night, it was taken care of the next day in a timely manner.It would be better if the kitchen was equipped with a smoker.There is no dry and wet separation in the cool room, the ground is wetter after the cooler, the elderly should be especially careful, easy to slip, overall pleasant stay, thank you again!

The furniture is private, even the bowls and chopsticks for cooking.Conveniently located with a food street just a 2-3 minute walk away.It is also about a 10-minute drive from the airport.It's a shame that there is no special water for drinking water, the ventilation in the cooler room is not very good, there is room for improvement, overall it can give 9 points.
