Very nice unit. Spacious and nicely decorated. Check in was easy. There’s always a person to help with the mechanical parking. Great area, quiet yet close to the city.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Many good things to share: 1. Very conveniently located, right next to the ferry terminal. 2. The building has a variety of good restaurants, convenient stores, KTV, mani/pedi, spas, travel agencies, etc. 3. The infinity pool was spacious and great for relaxing in the sun while admiring the sea. 4. An ensuite washer and free parking made our stay easy. Not every unit in the building offered them. 5. Loke was very responsive and communicates effectively. Thank you for having us. We would recommend this place to others.

Great to stay in this spacious and clean homestay, with attached bathroom to each bedroom. Easy to access and travel around the city as we have a rented vehicle. Host was responsive to any problem arised. Will choose this homestay again the next trip to KK

Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. The beautiful sea view is unforgettable. It's a new building, so it's pleasant. I welcomed Sunset while enjoying the steambot with the other guests. It's an unforgettable memory. There was no private kitchen, but there was a kitchen and a table that was shared outdoors, so it was convenient. Wong is well aware of local restaurants and surrounding tourist information. Still a kind and considerate Wong couple This is why I stay here again. The reason most Korean tourists stay in Kota Kinabalu City are convenient for transportation, but the Putatan here is also close to the airport, the area around the villachon is well organized and Grab is easily accessible. Local couples come to take a lot of wedding photos. It's a beautiful place!

We spent 10 days at Clidern's condo. The location was very nice, just a bit out of town but still very convenient, with a view of the water from both the living room and master bedroom. It is spacious and feels solid- many condos have thin walls and floors but this one was very quiet. We enjoyed having a large kitchen with island, even though we did not cook very much! There are so many good places to eat, even a small food centre in the parking lot beside the building. If we come back to KK, we will definitely book again.

Thanks to a very active host, I was able to play comfortably with my children. I had to throw it away because the carrier was broken, but I was touched because Kokkak was okay. I had a good time.

From 25.3.18 to 21, 4 families used it as an accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days ~ There were 4 beds on the sofa bed, so we were able to sleep individually, and there were no cockroaches or other bugs inside the accommodation. The air conditioner also came out cool, so I was able to relax comfortably.

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

We all enjoyed our stay at Xuan’s place. Among all the airbnb we chose in Malaysia, it is no doubt the most home like place. It is super clean and has everything we need. The location is great for our last stay in kk as it is super close to shopping centre and the airport.
