For you to have a good time, basketball, football, volleyball courts, table tennis, darts and table football are available in our villa. We provide electricity with the solar system, we need to avoid running other electrical appliances at NIGHT to use the air conditioner efficiently.

There are no room partitions, etc. There is a kitchen where you can cook and a fireplace where you can have a barbecue on our terrace with a glass balcony on the outside. This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.
