Holiday rentals with a patio in Kozhikode

Had an amazing stay with our pet at Nath Villas. Nestled in the coffee plantation amidst nature the location is really private and peaceful for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The place had all the amenities required and is near to markets, restaurants and famous places in Wayanad. Mini was really helpful throughout our stay and helped with all the little details.Would recommend 100%.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The place was neat and clean, and its location near the falls made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. One thing to note, though, is that if you’re tall, the A-frame tent might not be the best fit as you’ll need to bend while moving between the ends. However, there are other tent options available that you can try for a more comfortable experience. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jerry, a hardcore naturalist who hosted us and made our Waynad trip more exciting. The property is well maintained and esthetic. The property is full of experiences. Jerry himself took us to his coffee plantation and a beautiful lake inside the property with his own car. We did Kayaking in his private lake and it was a wonderful experience. Sagar, his assistant, is polite and took us for a morning walk. We were able to spot birds and malabar giant squirrel. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for a perfect weekend getaway and family get togethers.

We had a short but really wonderful stay in this beautiful house, which was the best and cleanest place we experienced throughout our extensive holidays in India. The house appeared to be new and was impeccably clean, with air conditioning in the rooms. The communication with the hosts was excellent as well. Their recommendation for the Paragon restaurant was spot-on; the food there was delicious.

Had a wonderful stay here with friends. Despite the rainy weather, the host went out of their way to arrange a barbecue for us. Would definitely recommend.

It was an absolutely great stay. Extremely peaceful and calm. The property is beautiful with a stream, waterfall and great variety of plants and flower. Fawz was a great host, very proactive and welcoming.

Beautiful place and lovely people. The house is better than how it looks in the pics. Staff were so sweet and helped in bringing food and barbeque setup. We had a great time here. Mrs. Neha has helped us in getting car for sight seeing and Niyas has dropped us to bus stop while returning. Also there were two cats at the homestay Mousey and Cookie and they were so cute and friendly. Definately reccomend this place for all my friends. Thank you for providing the wonderful time😃
