There is an open plan kitchen with a spacious living room and dining table. There is sunny terrace and grass lawn. There is a dining table outside, two hanging chairs, a large lounge sofa with gas fireplace table, hot tub, outdoor shower, and a gas grill.

Waterfront cabin with wood-fired hot tub

Cabin is located on the mainland but fastest approach is by boat (35 min to walk). A 14 foot plastic boat with 20 hp is included in the price. Free parking on the pier in Sivik. About 15-20 minutes by boat into Risør center. Nice to fish, pick mussels, surf, swim and dive right outside the cabin door! Diving bottles can be filled on the jetty in Risør every day at 17: 00. If you want to use a car to shop, it is 10-15 minutes to Brokelandsheia from the parking lot on the pier.
