Wonderful location by the Klarälven River, with access to a private sauna and jetty! A small boat, life jackets and basic fishing gear are available. Fishing licences are purchased separately. The house has been newly renovated, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. WC with shower downstairs and toilet upstairs. 1 bedroom with double bed downstairs. Upstairs, there is a living room with 2 double beds. Charging box for electric car for an additional fee.

Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Relax in Lilla Sjölyckan. A unique accommodation, a few meters from the beach and the jetty, 12 km from Karlstad. Four-legged friends are welcome (max 2). There is a bus stop 200 metres away. Here you who like nature and the direct proximity to the lake's possibilities with everything from swimming to fishing. The accommodation is also suitable for those who want to stay overnight on their way to their destination. During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

Close to residential buildings. Rented per night or weekly. The closest grocery store is in Skattkärr, Karlstad or Kristinehamn. Basic goods are available at the gas station, OKQ8, in Väse. They are open until 11 pm on weekdays and until 10 pm on weekends. They also have a restaurant. Inside Väse, you will find Räven Bistro, pizzeria and restaurant.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Welcome to Vittebyviken! Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with wonderful views of Lake Fryken, access to sauna, jetty and private sandy beach. The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
