The house is situated in a secluded spot in the woods, on a small headland by Lake Juven, offering a 270° view of the water, a private lakeside terrace, a jetty, a boat and a panoramic sauna. The decor is modern and Scandinavian with new amenities, large sunny terraces. Good opportunities for fishing, bathing, canoeing/kayaking and skiing (cross country + Alpin) Only 7 km to Åseda with good shops and public transportation.

Welcome to Ulvasjömåla At the end of a winding forest road, in northern Blekinge, lies this little paradise. The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Boendet med 3 st separata sovrum är även mycket lämpligt när man arbetar i trakten. På baksidan finns det en altan med en gräsmatta i anslutning vilket gör boendet mycket barnvänligt. 200m från Villan finns det badplats, lekplats och en multiarena. Boendet är mycket tryggt och barnvänligt.

Inside, there’s a kitchen, a bedroom with a bunk bed (bottom bunk doubles as a bed for two), and a loft. Nestled near the forest and a beautiful lake, it’s ideal for walks, swims, and relaxation. Relax in the countryside with proximity to Kalmar and Öland. Farmhouse with living room, kitchen with dishwasher, toilet with washing machine and a smaller hallway. Mezzanine sleeping area divided into two rooms, with a total of 4 sleeping places. Travel cot is available for the smallest children. The car ride to Kalmar takes 35 min. Smaller swimming area is 5 minutes by car from the yard. Bed linens and cleaning are not included.
