2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath upstairs villa in the Perla Boneriano gated community. Our home is bright, clean and airy with a very good breeze coming across the upstairs balcony most parts of the day. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor table and chairs set to enjoy a meal and gorgeous sunsets most nights. Laundry room with washer and drying rack is provided as well as cleaning supplies. Condo looks over the community pool and mature palm tree garden. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and Living room.

Fantastische villa met zwembad, tuin en zeezicht

Dit ruime, heerlijke huis heeft twee verdiepingen, boven zijn 3 tweepersoons slaapkamers en beneden 2. We verhuren het appartement beneden alleen in combinatie met het hoofdhuis, dus u heeft altijd volledige privacy, ook als u alleen het hoofdhuis huurt. Het uitzicht vanaf de overdekte porch is geweldig, overdag en ook 's avonds (sunset!) Het zwembad heeft een zonnedeck met ligstoelen. Wij hebben optioneel ook 2 pick-ups te huur a €55 per dag incl. all-risk verzekering. Dit is apart te boeken.

This is a Beach Front Private Home only a few steps from the ocean water. It is located 3 miles south of the airport. Nature with 460 sorts of fish, rays, turtles, dolphins just in your back yard but a few minutes in the car to the capital Kralendijk. Close to very good restaurants of which Brass Boer. Ocean access is easy and the popular dive spots The Lake and Hilma Hooker are at swimming distance from the house. There is security in the evening on this beach strip. Always ask for a quote

Chill villa; private pool lovely garden near beach

I like offer my villa for a couple of months a year while traveling. The villa is well maintained, has a big private pool! It's great to relax on the big porch watching the tropical garden, with the tropical trade wind providing a cool breeze. On some reviews you'll find our cats and chicken. They are not present anymore. Luckely the tropical birds are still here!
