HET dakterras appartement ligt op de tweede en derde verdieping in de trendy dynamische wijk Oude Noorden. Met hippe bars en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Hier is ook een zeer diverse winkelaanbod Noorderboulevard omgedoopte Zwart Janstraat en Noordmolenstraat en in het aanliggende Zwaanshals met het Noordplein en de gezellige zaterdagse Oogstmarkt als hoogtepunt. De binnenstad van Rotterdam is op loopafstand (20 minuten).

The house is rented without a garden, but from inside or out on the balcony you will have stunning views of the mills. Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
