Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Holiday apartment with jetty. 7 minutes to Dyreparken.

Combine a holiday by the sea with a visit to Dyreparken. Excellent for families and grandparents. The apartment is 100 m2 and is on the 2nd floor of our house with its own entrance. Private part of the jetty with furniture and 3 sun loungers. Swimming right from the jetty or a 3-minute walk to small beaches in the area. Nice playground right by the house. Hamresanden with a great beach is only 5 minutes away by car. 12 minutes' walk to the bus. Guests must bring sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. Parking right outside.

Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.
