Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Accommodation in the countryside

Bring the whole family to this nice place with the forest around the corner, about 3 km to the city center. There are large green areas in the host's garden that you can use if you, for example, want to play an outdoor game, row with the rowboat, meet the farm's chickens. There is a possibility to eat outdoors on the front of the apartment, on the back of the apartment where there is outdoor furniture by the garden. There are plenty of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms in the forest when it is the season for them.

Apartment by the sea.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. You live near Listerlandet with sandy beaches, beautiful deciduous forests and a fantastic landscape. Nearby you will also find nice restaurants and shopping. Welcome!

Apartment from 2020 in a rural setting.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Ormanäsgården

Welcome to a farm with roots from the 1800s. The residential house was built in 2001 and you have your own entrance to your apartment of 68 m2. Fantastic views overlooking Västra Ringsjön. Enjoy a stay with the farm animals close to you. Go down to the lake to fish or take a swim or just relax in the rural environment. It is also possible to visit our own farm shop. If you want a beach, there is one in Sjöholmen 1 km from Ormanäsgården. The hosts live in the same house and are therefore easily accessible for questions.

Cool Compact Living Inside the walls of Old Åhus

Brand new compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of central Åhus. 15-minute walk to the sea, and fantastic environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with Chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to live in a different home, with a nice feel and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for an additional fee. The pool is available June-August. You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

The accommodation consists of a basement of 90 sq m. There are 2 sleeping rums, a kitchen with a stove (two plates) microwave and refrigerator and separate freezer and one living rum. They are free parking and to wash and detergent is included. The accommodation is located near a centre with Coop, Pharmacy, Pizzeria, bakery and a gas station. It is very close to bus connections to both Kristianstad Centrum (Local bus 80 meters) and Malmö, Simrishamn and Ystad (Express bus 500 meters).

Bright, nice apartment with its own entrance. Beautifully located but only a few km from road 13 and E 22. Apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove with bunk bed and fully tiled bathroom. On the property, there is a dog, cat, horses and chickens. Guests are welcome to enjoy most of the garden, with access to outdoor furniture and barbecue, among other things, and there is plenty of room for children to play both outside and inside.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 3 km from here. Convenience store is in nearby V Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car charger available, let us know if you want to charge fee SEK 3.50/kwh is to be paid directly to the host.
