We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. Brand new compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of central Åhus. 15-minute walk to the sea, and fantastic environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with Chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
