An ideal starting point to the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. Shower is only summer, outdoor. Hot water is only on sunny days. The hot tub is open all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Modřínek – a place where you can relax in contact with animals. Enjoy our unique Farmping - a blend of comfort, nature, and farm life. You'll meet the sheep of Bár, Rose, and Dala. There is also a llama-trekking, where you'll walk around the local nature along with Lama Bambulack, Freya or Oliver – perfect fun for the whole family. After a day in nature, you can relax – a sauna by the river and a hot-tube (hot-tube) are included, at no extra charge. In summer, you can cool off right in the river.
