The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Charming Torp located between Växjö, Tingsryd and Kosta. Large lush garden (3000 sqm) surrounded by forest and nature. The perfect place to get away from everyday stress and enjoy quietness. Great for a romantic weekend or the family's "Hemester". Cozy kitchen with kitchen stove. Outside there is also a large barbecue area. There are dog yards and fixings for those who bring the dog. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

My place is near Isaberg resort, High Chaparral, Lake Bolmen, Bird Lake Draven and Stora Mossen National Park. You will love my place because of the tranquility, nature, the possibility of hikes, bike rides and the smell of freshly baked bread! If you are tall, mind your head. The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. My accommodation suits couples, loneliness adventurers, business travelers, familys and four-legged friends.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
