In 2010, the building was given new life and transformed from a ruin into an exclusive private residence in industrial romantic style. Enjoy the 16 meter ceiling height and a striking view of the river rushing by just outside the huge windows. On the site and in the surrounding forest, several ruins remain from the time when it was still a vibrant industry.

On the property, a cat lives and horses are in paddocks around. Leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived.
