Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Here is the entrance, bathroom with shower, possibility to use a washing machine, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and various services. Living room with TV/radio, (free internet) and exit to balcony. Bedroom with double bed and room with 2 single beds. There are bed linens, towels and tea towels. The beds are made when you arrive. The apartment is on the ground floor in a private house. It's an older house.

My accommodation is located directly on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the centre of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right on the doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
