You get your own patio with barbecue and garden furniture, here you can really relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. It is close to beautiful nature, hiking and walking areas, cycling and fishing. Electric car chargers are available.

There is also a hot tub overlooking the beautiful scenery that you can borrow by arrangement.

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Welcome to our pleasant and well-planned eight-apartment house in Billdal, just south of Gothenburg. Here you live in a quiet area close to nature, with proximity to the sea, swimming and convenient transport links. A 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to central Gothenburg in 30 minutes. 10 minutes' walk to lovely bathing coves. New Hovås is 10 minutes away by bus or car. There is a large grocery store, several restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy and an off-licence.

Beautifully located seaside house with close proximity to saltwater swimming, cliffs and beaches. Here you can enjoy the presence of the sea almost at your doorstep. The house offers several nice patios and a spacious garden. With its generous 250 sqm, the accommodation offers plenty of space for the whole family. Our two cats are part of the family and are fed every other day. They are independent and take care of themselves with the help of a cat flap.
