Had a wonderful stay with my friends. Easily accessible and close to mall road. Would definitely recommend.

great place to stay at nainital with lake views . caretaker is exceptional. she was always helpful in all our requests and even called us immediately when we forgot something in Airbnb after checkout.

we got what we were hoping and some more. view from the rooms was good. Mountain shadows during sunrise on opposite mountain makes a good start for the day. walk from property to mall is bit steep but is enjoyable as you will meet many good people to know while your way down. With private parking and accomodation for drivers we did not had to worry about accomodations for our driver. We did not observed any problems during our stay and Pushpa has been very helpful in ensuring our comfort is priority. If anything required we informed her and she got the basic groceries from nearby shops. We would be visiting this place soon and would love to be accommodated in same property.

Jai’s place is an oasis amidst chaos. The helpers are kind and take care of all your needs. The place is cozy, Great food by the cooks, great service, close to mall road and amazing response time. The service especially felt personal and it was a great time. The exterior of the property along with the balcony maintainance can be looked at and the washrooms are a bit small.

The Caretaker is the key Monica didi is the reason is the one that keeps us coming back for the second time actually this year alone we have spent a total of 7 nights at this location the location is wonderful and and the balcony makes this place awesome for picturesque views of the city below which is awesome Monica will hook u up with a driver that will drive u through and guide u through the wonderful city but always respectful everywhere u go But stay in touch with the caretaker if any issues

I had an incredible stay at Anshul's Airbnb! The location is absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking mountain view right outside your window. Waking up to such a serene and picturesque setting was a highlight of my trip. The room itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. One of the most convenient aspects of this stay was the on-site restaurant and snack shop, which made it easy to grab a quick bite without needing to venture far. Anshul Ji was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He even arranged transportation to and from the location, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. His hospitality truly made the experience special. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful location. Peaceful and beautiful place

Prashant wasn’t home, and still he managed to be an amazing host. He let me check in early, check out late, arranged transportation and gave me local and transport advice. The room has everything you might need, it’s cozy and comfortable. I had a lovely time in a sort of retreat of my own making. It was awesome. Would happily stay again.

We had wonderful time at tales to live .. unfortunately we stayed there for a day only so couldn’t enjoy the place throughly .. caretaker Negi ji was super cooperative and made every thing comfortable for us .. the place is beautiful and serene.. kitchen is fully equipped its is definitely a home away from home .. I would highly recommend this place for family , friends , kids and nature lovers..

Pictures cannot express what reality can, this place has more than I can express in writing. Tourists from around Nainital, Bhimtal or whichever Tal come to explore this place, and you are already there watching them having traveled for hours to reach here. You throw a stone from the balcony of your appartment and it lands in the lake. There are several activities within 20 mtrs of your appartment, zipline, water zorbing, kayaking, shikara, overhead cycling etc. The caretaker Hemraj is a pleasing wonderful guy. Forget Nainital go to Naukuchiyatal.
