Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

All year around cottage near beach- Tjörn

En stuga med allt man behöver! 10 mins gångavstånd till Kårevik, en familjevänlig strand, matbutik och busshållplats som tar dig till Göteborg/Stenungsund. Du kan ta en färja till Åstol och Dyrön från Rönnängs brygga som är nära. 10 min körning till Skärhamn, där det finns fina båtar, strand, Akvarellmuseum, restauranger och butiker. Tuveslätt är en del av vandringsspår där det finns mycket historia bakom och fin promenad in till skogen. Väldigt lugnt område med mycket sol och glädje!

Huset har öppen planlösning, två sovrum, bäddsoffa i TV-rummet, fullt utrustat kök och WC med dusch. Nära tåg, buss och affärer (1 km). Stenungsund 6 km, Göteborg 40 km, Oslo 270 km.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
