Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Apartment PANORAMA No. 2 is a nature-inspired accommodation with large panoramic windows that offer views of the ski slope, forest or open landscape. Directly adjacent to the area, you will find a lift system and ski slope and in just a few minutes you are in the heart of KUNGSBERGET. The apartment has 6 regular beds divided into two bedrooms. Electric car charger available (ChargeNode App). Neither final cleaning, bed linen nor towels are included in the price. The accommodation is completely smoke-free! Relax with family or friends in this peaceful place 40 km north of Gävle and 4 km from Kungsberget. The accommodation shares a plot with the host family and was newly renovated in the spring of 2023. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed. Cleaning is not included, but can be pre-booked for SEK 700. Bed linens and towels at a cost of SEK 150/set. Upon request, there is also a wood-fired hot tub that can be pre-booked for SEK 1,200. Close to outdoor activities.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment from 2016. The apartment has 6 regular beds divided into two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and living room have an open plan that forms a nice gathering place between skiing, bike tours, day trips, fishing and so on. There is a balcony with a view of the mountain and a nice sauna as well as a washing machine. In addition, there are baby/child amenities, toys, board games, BT speakers, TV with streaming services and books to read.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cabin close to nature.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cosy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest shop and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cottage.
