The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

The cottage has two rooms upstairs and a large living room on the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious terrace, where barbecuing should be a great pleasure, and guests have at their exclusive disposal a sauna and a garden hot tub with a view of the forest. The SPA area is located in a way that preserves privacy and does not make guests feel uncomfortable. The cottage is heated by air conditioning and is located near the lake and beach

The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated tenement house; in a quiet, green district of Bytom. Guests have access to: a spacious room with two beds and a place to work, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom with a toilet and a hallway. Nearby there are shops and bus stops with direct connections to Tarnowskie Góry, Zabrze and Bytom. 5 minutes to the nearest entrance to the A1 motorway. 20 minutes to the airport in Katowice-Pyrzowice.
