Holiday house “Podgaj” is located on the beautiful hills of Vukomeričke gorice, in the village of Šiljakovina. It is decorated in a blend of modern and rustic style. Surrounded by nature, it is peaceful and quiet, providing everything for relaxation and removal from the city. It's ideal for a romantic getaway from everyday life. The house has a beautiful view of Zagreb. It is a 20-minute drive from Zagreb. The area of the house, around 2500 m2, is fully fenced in so you can have peace of mind bringing your pets as well.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

The house is on a quiet place where we have 4 apartments and 3 glamping little houses. In front is a lawn which you can use for recreation. Place is suitable for couples, couples with small child . It is a good starting point for hiking surrounding Julian Alpss, in the village is begining of cycling trail. Turist tax is 2€ per night per person and it is not included in the price. The apartments are not intended for parties. Night peace is from 10:00pm-7:00am.
