Our host Hugo was brilliant. Out of the box thinking, helpful and owners were very flexible with our last minute booking. Great location, 4min drive to Warringah Mall and multiple beaches within 5-20min drive. Highly recommend.

Kookawood is pure magic. From the moment we arrived, Fiona made us feel right at home with thoughtful touches - clear, helpful directions and generous treats for us and our pup. The house itself is breathtaking. Every corner is lovingly curated with vintage charm, antiques, and beautiful family memories. Learning the story behind how this dream home was built only added to the experience what a powerful testament to creativity and perseverance. We’re so grateful to have stayed here. Our stay at Bulga Amaroo was exceptional. The hosts were incredibly flexible, kindly accommodating our last-minute booking after a cancellation elsewhere, which set the tone for a wonderful experience. The property is stunning, with outdoor bathtubs offering a serene spot to unwind and a cozy log burner inside creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The welcome note added such a personal touch, and the thoughtfully prepared bath kits made the experience even more special. The fridge was impressively stocked, and the kitchen had everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The welcome bottle of wine was such a thoughtful gesture after a long drive. After days spent hiking in the Blue Mountains, it was pure joy to return to this peaceful retreat. Every detail has been so well considered, and we can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was an easy 6 minute walk from Central Station and was as described in the listing. I appreciated that there were cooking utensils and a hot plate available for cooking. It’s a good option for a short stay or if you are going to spend most of your time exploring. Candy also responded quickly when I was having issues with connecting to the wifi.

Right across the road from the beach, down one end was Kurnell Dog Beach which is why we chose this location, but the other end, nice spot with cafes, lots of fishing spots and walking trails. Noni’s home was pet friendly which was the biggest drawer card besides being across the road. Easy access and so safe, which I miss living in a beachside town.

We had an amazing stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and grand and furnished with intriguing period pieces that added a nice touch. It was comfortable and warm with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals. Most important of all, it was very clean! It was a pleasure to stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful place! My family absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was inviting, and the surroundings were breathtaking. Every moment spent there was filled with joy and laughter. It truly felt like a perfect getaway for us.
