Sit outside at the private entertaining area and enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes as you plan your time in Kurnell.

Beach front 2 bedroom townhouse with water and city views. Direct beach access opposite the property. Bonna Point boat ramp and kids playground are a 5 minute walk. Plenty of on street parking and front deck with views out to Botany Bay and the city skyline. Kamay National Park 10 min walk and beachfront cafes within 5 min walk. Public transport via bus to Cronulla from Bus Stop within 8 minutes from property. Kurnell is a great place to relax or explore the surrounding areas.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

The Cronulla Garden Studio

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.
