Amazing location right on the beach with the convenience of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. View all day is unbeatable with extremely comfortable couches and beds (even looked up the mattress brand to buy ourselves) We really appreciate Shannen’s communication and responsiveness

The apartment is in a great location, close to many shops, bars and restaurants. Close to the beach and has breathtaking sea views. Very clean, has all the amenities you need. Bradley is very nice and responsive and focused on answering questions and giving advice. I highly recommend this listing!

Modern, very clean and central to everything well worth the trip we will book this one again. Only qualm is the need to drop keys at a shop that has opening hours so it slightly limited us in that we wanted to get away a bit earlier. A key box drop off would be much more convenient.

Absolutely incredible stay! The place was kept in a pristine condition, so comfortable and cozy. The grounds itself were stunning, the views speak for themselves. Will be returning to this wonderful location! Peta was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Our stay was fantastic! The unit is absolutely beautiful. The balconies were great for watching the sunrise and we were lucky enough to see many whales and dolphins! We definitely hope to stay again.

Talk about luxury! Anne's accommodation is everything you need for a memorable holiday. The views are spectacular - morning sunrises over the ocean, evening sunsets and the bright lights of the high rises. All this with no noise! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was functionable and easy to keep clean. We were a family of 4 with two teenagers and the apartment was big enough so that we all had our own space. The outside area was a favourite once the day had cooled off. Easy 5-10 minute walk to Pacific Fair Mall and two tram stops. We took advantage of the convention centre parking which was $15 per day, and was an easy 5-10 minute walk under cover back to the apartment. Anne was extremely proactive and easy to communicate with. Instructions were very clear. Can't wait to plan our next trip back!

Great stay in this apartment. Had everything we needed for our long weekend at Broadbeach. Good set up for families and fabulous location.

It was wonderful to be back in this fabulous AirBNB right on Mermaid Beach. My daughter and I stayed here in April last year and I immediately booked it for 2025. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, I especially love the beach towels, and you can’t beat the view. Exactly how it’s pictured. It was so fun to make it my home again for 8 nights. Thank you Karin for being a fabulous host. I can’t wait to return!
