An atmospheric SPA HOUSE located in Biała Bora k. Grudziądz. An attractive, comfortable place for people who like peace and independence. Quiet, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes by bike to Lake Rudnik. The property can be used all year round. A patio, a garden, a barbecue area, and a fire pit. On the ground floor Living room with an annex, Sauna and Bathroom, upstairs Bedroom. Lake hideaway

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of approx. 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a wooden house with unique atmosphere, sauna, hot tub, gazebo with barbecue and fire pit, tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

The property is located near the S10 route, just 3 km from the border of the city of Bydgoszcz. It is located directly on the border of the Górnonotecki Canal. It offers a pond with a private beach, a fire pit, as well as a sauna that can accommodate up to 16 people (for a fee). There are cyclical sauna rituals with a sauna player. There is also a cast-iron wood-burning vat (chargeable). This place is a paradise for lovers of fishing, walking and relaxing in nature :)

The house called Odyn is a magical building with a huge viewing terrace overlooking Lake Głuszyńskie.We recommend Odyn for winter evenings and hot summer days, thanks to air conditioners located on each floor, a fireplace and underfloor heating. The house, finished with Scandinavian taste, is located in the first line of the Głużyńskie lake, famous for its peace and cleanliness.
