This Villa has a living room with pull out sofa, kitchen with Microwave, utensils, fridge, Stove etc. First floor is open space, which can be used for small gatherings(separately charged) and enjoy the beauty of ocean. Outdoor Bathroom and shower area. Drivers cabin also provided with additional charge.

The ground level features a pool , gazebo and an organic farm/garden , while the first level includes a bedroom, dining / library area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The second level houses the art studio and a gym, and the third level is a private terrace.
