There is a short walking distance to fishing and swimming opportunities The area is surrounded by scenic surroundings and lake and there are many activities: such as fishing trips in Hardangerfjorden and many, great hiking opportunities just outside the front door The cabin has internet and parking directly outside. Animals are ok with a surcharge for cleaning.

Great cabin on Varaldsøy overlooking Hardangerfjorden and Folgefonna glacier. The cabin has a sauna, and a large and sunny terrace. Registered fishing company for tourist fishing. Possibility of renting a boat for fishing, about 300 meters to the berth. One of two identical cabins for rent. There are great beaches on the island, and many nice mountain hikes you can go on. The cabin has three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with a family bed and a bunk bed. Bed linen and towels can be rented if desired. You can drive to the door.

Rosendal is only 3.5 km away with its magnificent mountains and rich cultural and dining offers.

Here there are good opportunities for some nice trips in the beautiful surroundings. Grocery store about 200 meters away. Gasoline and diesel are also sold here. The cabin has Wi-Fi and Chromecast for TV.

The cabin is located about 1.5 hours from Trolltunga, about 1 hour to Folgefonn ski center or a small ferry ride across Hardangerfjorden to Rosendal where you can visit the Barony or take a trip to the top of the mountain Melderskin. The place is about 1.5 hours from Bergen/Flesland airport.
