The house consists of spacious and bright rooms, several bedrooms, living rooms and lounges, and a lovely large basement room, modern kitchen and two beautiful newly renovated bathrooms. Closest neighbour to a horse stable. Short distance to the marina, beach, hiking trail, lookout point and restaurant at Grønningen. Easy to get around both to water and land.

The boathouse can accommodate around 24 guests. Here, everything is in place for a unique experience by the sea. Create wonderful memories with friends, colleagues or family at gatherings in a delightful atmosphere. Swim from the jetty and enjoy the outdoor area with its fantastic views. You can book boom glamping, jacuzzi, kayaks, tables/ chairs/ tableware for company. Lodge 1, Lodge 2 or the historic house must be rented at an additional cost in order to have a kitchen, bathroom and, if required, accommodation for guests.

Stay in a maritime setting on beautiful Kvitsøy

You will stay in simple maritime surroundings in Leiasundveien 169. The house is kept in a kind of 60s style where we have kept the old wallpaper where possible. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. TV with channels from Riks TV as well as Netflix, HBO via fiber. Wireless network with very fast access. Washing and drying facilities for clothes in the basement. The house has its own jetty and boathouse. The jetty is a paradise for both children and adults when it comes to experiences and fun.

Kvitsøy er en øygruppe med flotte turområder. Kjør ca 15 min fra Stavanger sentrum og ta en gratis sjarmerende ferjetur, på ca 35 minutter fra Mekjarvik. Kvitsøy er et øysamfunn med flotte turområder. Gratis sjarmerende ferjetur på 35 minutter fra Mekjarvik tar deg hit. Det er restaurant, kafe, bibliotek, hummermuseum og dagligvarebutikk på Kvitsøy. Naust kan bestilles. Her kan du ha selskap, og naustglamping. Kajakker kan lånes. Båttur og jacuzzi kan bestilles.

In addition to the flat in the seaside house, guests have access to an idyllic garden conservatory and barbecue facilities on the jetty. Two kayaks and a sauna are available.
