Closest neighbour to a horse stable. Short distance to the marina, beach, hiking trail, lookout point and restaurant at Grønningen. Easy to get around both to water and land.

You will stay in simple maritime surroundings in Leiasundveien 169. The house is kept in a kind of 60s style where we have kept the old wallpaper where possible. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. TV with channels from Riks TV as well as Netflix, HBO via fiber. Wireless network with very fast access. Washing and drying facilities for clothes in the basement. The house has its own jetty and boathouse. The jetty is a paradise for both children and adults when it comes to experiences and fun.
