Ngoye Lodge, set in lush indigenous gardens offering guests a nature rich and relaxing experience. It's up to you whether you opt to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings and sea breeze or join in the multitude of outdoor activities that are available. Well maintained tracks and trails lend themselves to long walks or cycles. The parkrun is a must do. We are surrounded with numerous unique birding spots such as - Ongoye Forest (home to the Green Barbet) is a 30-minute drive from the lodge.

Romantic Forest Escape

A beautiful, spacious and modern private self catering unit, in a lovely Sandforest setting. The unit has a private deck for your morning coffee and splash pool. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a gas/or charcoal braai available. Catered meals can be booked at the lodge (must be booked prior to arrival please). The reserve is home to abundant birdlife and a range of antelope include giraffe and zebra, and you are welcome to explore the reserve using the well marked hiking trails.

The Cottage on the Corner

Set apart from the main house, the Cottage on the Corner is a cozy, romantic escape for two. With sliding doors that open into the cool breeze in summer and a wood burning stove to keep you toasty in winter you will find yourself relaxed. Breakfast is not included in the room rate but is available at very reasonable prices. The unit is serviced daily. We have full service DSTV. Close to many activities you can do as much or as little as you choose to make your stay in Himeville special.

The Bamboo Surf room is a private room, tucked away in the corner of the house away from any other rooms, suitable for adults, couples or singles looking for privacy. Sleeps one or two in a Double size bed with a large breezy window and ceiling fan. Bathroom located just outside the bedroom door in a shared B&B. Breakfast is optional (not included in this price).

Our Deluxe double room offers a comfortable double bed, with and an en-suite bathroom. Beautiful views of Krantszkloof conservancy from the patio. We do have our animals on the property, 2 small Daxies, a Boerboel a mixed breed young dog as well as cat.
