Room on the 2nd floor with private bathroom and balcony in the designer family house museum! One of the most unusual houses! There is also a living room-studio, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils, and a terrace. Plot of 18 hectares on which you will find a summer bedroom house, barbecue, stage, framework pool, hammocks, tennis table, basketball ring, turnstiles, bars, gym and home mini zoo (dog, cats, parrot). Glad forest, a lake with a sandy beach in the forest. VIASAT TV, Wi-Fi.

There is a railway station 3 km away.

The Goratwins House is allocated near the Boryspil Airport (5 min by car) and 15 min to nearest Kiev’s metro station (Borispilska). From here you (or with my assistance) can organize trips to different places in Kiev or Kiev’s district (Chernobyl, Mezhigorye, Pirogovo etc). There is a kitchen, bedroom, toilet with shower cabin and living room on the first floor and three bedrooms with balcony, bathroom on the second floor.
