Садиба Сокіл знаходиться в Київській області, с. Новосілки Вишгородського району, в 20 км від Києва. Це традиційна хата-мазанка (обігрів піччю на дровах), але з усіма сучасними зручностями. Побудована в 1937 році. При реконструкції будинку, ми прагнули зберегти оригінальний сільський характер будівлі, забезпечуючи при цьому комфортне місце для відпочинку. Все витримано в автентичному стилі: глиняний посуд, меблі ручної роботи з дерева та глиняна піч на дровах для приготування їжі.

Quiet place for an individual or family rest. A large area - about 2 hectares with beach, fire pit, hammocks and barbecue area. We are right in the woods. The house doesn't have kitchen, but there is a kitchen in our area, where you can order food for a fee. There is access to a brazier, a street gazebo dining room. There are 3 houses on site. Pets welcome.
