The room is bright and airy. It is at the rear of the building and it overlooks the rear houses. The window has a roller shutter on the outside and inside has curtains. When the shutter is fully closed, it blocks out 100% of light. The floor covering is parquet. The room is 4 m long & 3.50 m wide. It has a desk & a treadmill.
