It is an attached, separate, and sustainable home for your enjoyment. It has independent access, with an area to park any vehicle. Its greatest value is the warmth, freshness, views of a huge patio with fruit trees and garden, protected by our two beautiful dogs. The neighborhood is quiet, about 7 blocks from the Setubal Lagoon and about 10 blocks north of the Basilica of Guadalupe. When there are no visitors, it is a family workshop :)
