Very cozy new house with capacity for two families 2 minutes walking to the beach. We only rent to family groups with children, i.e. no more than 6 adults. It has very good orientation so it comes sun all day in winter and summer. No need to use the car as it is very close to the beach and at the same time to warehouses, cafes and restaurants. We are very careful and concerned about our house and so we would like to be taken care of by the people who want to stay.
