Holiday rentals with beach access in La Libertad Department

The place was perfect to settle in and enjoy the pool as well as the two private beaches accessible to Atami residents. It's also a good place to “visit” El Zonte and El Tunco. Love the garden and the pressure of the shower! Thanks to the daily steps and good slopes, we're now in better shape! Smooth and fast communication.

Undoubtedly one of the best places that my wife and I will be willing to visit again, an extremely quiet and private place, it matches the photos to perfection and all the needs were included, a super easy location to order food at home, the clean pool on arrival and super relaxing, a host concerned with the comfort of their guests and with great kindness, the path to the beach very easy on foot and the very relaxing nights without disturbances, an unforgettable experience, 5 stars stay with the degree of comfort with which we spend this time, excellent work Joshua!

Everything we need was just around the corner. Place was clean and near to Surf city and La Libertad pier.

We had such a great time with my family. Moses gave us very detailed instructions and we had no complications, even gave us a guide to recommendations for restaurants and places nearby. You only need lighting outside the apartment, in the pool and hallway area, precisely to take good photos. Otherwise 👌🏻 very good.

Great place to stay while in San Salvador. Lots of things to do in the area and very quiet around the condo. Beautiful views

Coco Surf Villa in El Salvador was an incredible stay for my friends and me. Our two-bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchen and living room—perfect for four people. The compound was stunning, featuring a shared pool cleaned daily and cabanas assigned to each villa with breathtaking views of the black sand beach. The waves were rough, so we couldn’t swim, but nearby restaurants along the beach were great (most take cash, but The Brothers accepts cards). One downside was the mosquito issue upon arrival—we had to buy repellent, which mostly helped. However, Aura, the property manager, was fantastic, responding quickly to our questions via the messenger app. Amenities like $15 surfboard rentals, $15 laundry service, on-site massages ($45-$50), and food delivery from Copacabana made our stay even better. Overall, I was extremely impressed and can’t wait to return with more friends! Highly recommended!

Felix was a great host I loved the surrounding area which was colonia San Francisco in San Salvador, El Salvador. Just a peaceful feel in a city which I think is nice. The apartment was very clean and any problem I had was resolved the same day. Felix was a great host and the apartment was very comfortable! Felt right at home

We stayed 10 nights at Enrique's and Karol's apartment and were actually really sad to leave this wonderful place! The apartment is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The terrace with a well equipped open air kitchen, some nice seating area and hammocks was perfect to cook some nice meal and relax. Beds are very comfy, AC worked well, TV with a Netflix Account for guests was provided. The apartment was generally perfectly equipped with everything you might need. We could also use the washing machine and didn't need to search for laundry service. Communication with Karol and Enrique was perfect, they responded very quickly and gave us some good advices. Thanks again! :) Some nice restaurants and tiendas are nearby. Every morning (around 7 - 9.30 AM) some food trucks pass by and sell fresh vegetables and fruits. The bus to El Tunco, La Libertad and San Salvador runs also frequently. We can fully recommend this place! Really loved it there and would definitely stay there again ♥️

We stayed at Alice's place for about 10 days with our two children (6-7 years old), our parents, and our cousins. The house is spacious and perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the beach. The photos do show the location well, but they still don't do it justice — it's even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean, and Miguel (the Caretaker) was incredibly helpful. His dog, Niña, was also a nice touch, especially since we love animals. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you

Location, location, location! This place is walkable to Sunset Park and many of the restaurants and market nearby. Very safe area. We had a little trouble finding it at first but Jose was able to help us out. Listing looked just like the pictures and very clean! Felt a little weird that the windows had no curtains or blinds so the people renting next to us could see right inside. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The view from here is absolutely amazing I can’t say it enough! Sitting on the dock, you get the perfect spot to take it all in. A huge plus is that the neighbor next door rents boats and jet skis, so you don’t have to go far to get out on the water. The AC works great, keeping the room nice and cool all night, which was a nice during the hot and humid weather. The place itself had everything we needed, and the onsite staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great spot for a getaway. The views from the dock and on the water are amazing

Great place just blocks for the beach location was lovely and the house was very spacious!!

We stay for an night and the place was beautiful. The room and the bathroom was clean. The people(the caretakers ) was nice, friendly, and kind. We got to enjoy private beach and pool. Amy the host was kind. She was helpful with our questions we had. We enjoy our stay!

Unit is better than the photos and very comfortable. Nice view of the beach and ocean with your own little plunge pool. Not much to do in the area but if you're looking for a quiet beach holiday in a comfortable villa then you've found your spot!

What a great place to stay, unfortunately we were only here for 1 night, we would have loved to have stayed longer. The villa had everything you needed, it was clean, modern, quiet location, the out door space was great. The pool was fantastic to cool down in. It was only a 5 minute walk into the hussle and bustle of the town if you wanted to experience the night life. The restaurants were plentiful. To walk into the town, turn right from the villa, then immediately left, then left again and on your right is the river that you can easily cross on stones. America was very responsive and very helpful. You just must stop here. 😊

The block isn‘t very Beautiful from the outside but it‘s very very beautiful in the inside. Unfortunately there were constructions in front of the flat during our stay which woken us up around 5am. But the flat it self was very clean and a wonderful view. The host were quick with responses.
