Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

The Casa Azul is a typical house in the Cabañal neighborhood, consisting of a ground floor, first and second floor, fully renovated. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi throughout the house. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In total there are 7 beds, one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. Fantástico Loft en el Cabañal cerca de la playa. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de tu estancia en Valencia. Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!

Great 55 m2 house with completely independent access to the building, brand new, very nice atmosphere and very comfortable. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 very comfortable sofa bed in the living room with capacity for up to 2 adults, kitchen and integrated dining room. It is located on the ground floor of the building. The area is very quiet, with a family atmosphere, many businesses nearby: restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a short walk from downtown, metro and bus stops very close.

Un loft confortable nuevo con mucha luz natural con dos balcones con buenas vistas al exterior , cuenta con una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama Justo en frente de la cama que también se convierte en cama de matrimonio, climatizado, televisión , calentador, plancha, perchas, electrodomésticos : cafetera, microonda, lavadora, horno , utensilio de cocina; en el cuarto de baño encontraras toallas, gel de ducha, champú, jabón de manos y secador de pelo.
